Gredontri Advisory is led by Rick Chapman, a services and delivery executive with a 45-year career spanning 22 years at Microsoft, including leadership of a Microsoft Consulting Services practice with revenue and budget management across the pursuits and services he led, and 16 years as founder and president of his own consulting firm.
At Microsoft, he managed revenue and budgets, scaled a pursuit-support services portfolio, led complex enterprise pursuits across the Americas, and built and led regional vendor partner teams operating a follow-the-sun global delivery model across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. A Microsoft Certified AI Transformation Leader, he built a Copilot Studio agent portfolio and drove adoption of an internal Copilot-powered pursuit capability through roadmap leadership, prompt governance, and telemetry-led tuning.
Beyond advisory, Rick designs and delivers hands-on AI training and enablement, from executive briefings to role-based workshops on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, and builds the Power BI analytics and dashboards that make a practice legible to leadership. His work pairs decades of pursuit, delivery, and practice-building experience with current, working fluency in AI agents across both Microsoft Copilot and Claude, local and open-weight LLMs, n8n automation, Power BI analytics, and modern tooling. The result is guidance grounded in having actually run the practice, not just studied it.
